DESCRIPTION
NEUTRALENE® 2005 is a degreaser specifically used to eliminate oils and greases.
NEUTRALENE® 2005 has been formulated in a technology flash point not measurable, and offers more security in the industry. His evaporation rate is particularly suitable for the product has a cleansing action optimal, while evaporating as quickly as possible.
NEUTRALENE® 2005 leaves no residues. This is an excellent agent for preparing surfaces before treatment (paints, collage).
NEUTRALENE® 2005 is compatible with all metals, some plastics and elastomers. It contains no stabilizer, which prevents any further oxidation problem.

Degreasing, Cleaning, Washing
Degreasing of precision mechanical components.
Measurement and laboratory instruments, before calibration.
Production output parts polished mirrors.
Preparation of components and materials, before packaging.
Preparation of surfaces
Eliminates organic or inorganic pollution before assembly or before surface treatment, before chemical fixation, before painting.
Washing of cosmetic packaging before decoration.
Cleaning of electronic tracks and surface mounted components.
CMS.
Washing of optics.
Industrial maintenance
Degreasing and cleaning of production lines, packaging lines, with very short intervention times.
Clean in an ultra clean environment, clean rooms.
Use on parts with complex geometries, showing retention zones and contact area. Materials, assembled components.
USAGE PRECAUTIONS
Before each use, it is imperative to consult the Safety Data Sheet.
Keep all ignition sources away during use of the product ; in particular, don’t
use on an incandescent body or on a major heat source. Don’t use in vapour phase. Avoid any projection on fabrics, in order to avoid wicking effects. Don’t smoke. Don’t consign to sewage after use. Use in an aerated or ventilated area.
RECOMMANDATIONS
Regarding to the diversity of substrates, and more particularly thermoplastics or thermosets
used in industries, we recommend operators to perform any tests of compatibility with sensitive
materials washing and degreasing.
These compatibilities often depend procedures and therefore the contact time between
solvent and plastic materials.
